  While the company was established in 2015, our Comp​any Director, Lead Builder and Project Manager James Downs has worked in the building industry for over 25 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. James is BCITO qualified and is a Licensed Building Practitioner, certified in carpentry.
